Kernewek Lowender 2023. Billed as the ‘biggest Cornish festival in the world’ outside of Cornwall itself, this massive event on the Copper Coast of Australia is a major deal. And it’s even bigger this year as between 15 and 21 May 2023, its 50th anniversary is celebrated in fine style about as far away from Cornwall as is physically possible.

Kernewek Lowender WINS at the Yorke Peninsula Tourism Awards
The Kernewek Lowender proudly completed the submission and requirements for the FESTIVAL AND EVENTS CATEGORY for the 2016 YORKE PENINSULA TOURISM AWARDS are thrilled to announce the event was presented the WINNER at the gala awards night.
With some strong competition in the category the event is so thrilled to come home with the win! President Lynn Spurling and thanked the committee and locals for their hard work and support.
