The Kernewek Lowender Festival Committee are looking for nominations to fill the roles of May Queen and May Princess for the upcoming Festival.

Last Festival we returned to the traditional format in recognition of  Cornish May Day Celebrations which was so successful and is being continued.

The successful applicants will be selected on their enthusiasm, local knowledge and understanding of our Cornish heritage.

 

Open to females 18 years and over the May Queen and Princess will be required to assist with promotions at events prior to and during the festival.

 

The selection process will be through an interview process where applicants have the opportunity to demonstrate why they believe they should be selected for the roles.
